Felisia Phak is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. She graduated from Wolverhampton University, England, in 1996 through a distance learning program and completed her pupillage under Mr. Chee Yok Yung at Messrs Shatar Tan & Chee. She was called to the Malaysian Bar on 1st March 2001 and has since built an extensive career in various areas of law, including conveyancing, corporate banking, property law, and civil litigation.

Felisia began her legal journey at Messrs LY Leong & Partner, where she gained experience in Maritime Law, Employment, and Industrial Law, assisting senior partners with legal research and case studies. She then expanded her expertise at Messrs Rajah, Lau & Associates in 2001, where she successfully handled civil litigation, family law, probate, and property transactions. Notably, she won a complex arson case with minimal documentary evidence and helped a client recover substantial debts up to the Court of Appeal.

In the following years, Felisia honed her skills in banking and finance law at Messrs Majid & Chen and Messrs Yeow & Salleh, where she was offered a junior partnership but chose to pursue a broader legal vision. In 2009, she became a Partner at Messrs Tee Bee Kim & Partners, leading the firm’s developer sales, property transactions, land matters, and banking documentation. She managed over 30 legal professionals and worked closely with leading financial institutions, developers, and corporate clients.
